I believe all of the struggles people face come down to existential issues and the desire to lead a more fulfilling and happy life. I believe people have what it takes to free themselves from their struggles within. A therapist should be someone who can help remove the obstacles that block self-fulfillment. I believe therapy is an excellent path to self-actualization. I have worked in the helping profession for over 25 years. I received my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Florida International University, am a state Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and a Certified Addiction Professional.

I work with people suffering with a multitude of disorders, including anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, relational problems, as well as substance use issues. I can provide individual, couples, or family therapy. In addition to conducting therapy I am an adjunct professor and teach psychology courses at Florida International University.
