On any given day, we face countless stressors and challenges. We may begin to see the world as burdensome, puzzling, and just too heavy to bare. “Life on life’s terms” can be a daunting and overwhelming prospect, even for the strongest among us. We live in a world that is increasingly demanding. More and more, people feel isolated and disconnected. We can become anxious, fearful, lonely, and angry. The good news? People CAN and DO change. They overcome. I've worked with countless people who have made positive change and had positive outcomes.
I see clients for a myriad of issues, utilizing an integrated approach of evidence-based therapy catered to the individual. I have extensive experience working with trauma/complex trauma and addictions (substance, gambling, sex, and others). I also work with individuals seeking existential and spiritual answers (meaning, purpose, connection).
