I am passionate about my work and specialize in three areas: working with women over 40 experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship distress, past trauma and adjusting to major life changes and transitions, working with busy professionals of all ages trying to balance family, career, community and social demands, and working with couples on the brink of separation and/ or divorce.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I focus on these areas not only because of professional training and certifications but because of real- life experiences and successfully overcoming some of the challenges that you are facing. I believe emotional healing, mental wellness and improved relationships takes strategic work but does not have to take forever.
