Bereavedment: Understanding Grief and Loss
In a safe and compassionate environment, participants share and receive support from an experienced therapist and from peers, in learning to live with a loss. This may be loss of any kind, which may have left you feeling that life has passed you by. You will learn to regain the ability to be more present and experience joy in your life. Participants will learn the stages of grief and loss through individual and group art and sharing. Dreams, games, journaling and art modalities, will be implemented as tools to help you realize your goals and move on.
