Trust and connection are so important in a therapeutic relationship! I work extensively with adults and couples of all ages, with a subspecialty in the stresses of those in their 20s and 30s. I'm dedicated to helping you recover from depression, anxiety and low self-esteem, and to addressing the situational problems that often contribute to unhappiness: difficult relationships, career issues, parenting dilemmas, or major life transitions like college-to-career, office-to-remote work, "empty nest," divorce, or illness. Often, our greatest growth comes from transitions or relationships, as we learn more about ourselves and our goals.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach! But I rely heavily on psychodynamics for insight, ACT and DBT for coping and relationship skills, and person-centered for self-esteem and self-acceptance. With couples or complicated family situations of all kinds, I focus on increasing mutual understanding, healthy boundaries, and effective communication skills.

I look forward to helping you understand what's causing distress, identify what's most important to you now and in the future, and offering you understanding, empathy and caring on your journey.
