I'm a therapist with a focus on helping people find relief from anxiety, stress, PTSD, and trauma. I use a unique method called Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) to achieve this. NET helps address underlying anxieties and traumas held within your mind and body, and it often provides lasting relief in as few as one session. This is a stark contrast to traditional talk therapy, which can be time-consuming, expensive, and slow-moving. Groups
Quit Smoking Hypnosis Group
This group is for those interested in quitting smoking. It will last approximately 1 -1.5 hours. We will discuss hypnosis and how it is used to help people quit smoking. I will dispel any myths about hypnosis, and how it is NOT mind control, but a natural phenomena. We will then identify triggers to smoking before we actually go into hypnosis. I encourage participants to go to at least 2 groups. The first group will to eliminate smoking and triggers, and the second group is to identify triggers and stressors that were not previously realized in the first session.
