I am trained in Brainspotting. This is a brain-based therapy that uses the field of vision to access and heal trauma located deep in the brain. CBT is also an effective intervention which I use to treat various emotions, and issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress. I'm also trained in the Gottman level 1 therapy, to help couples resolve problems.
