Women's Therapy Group
For over 37 years, I have been leading a caring and supportive group for women. Members generally come to the group after having experienced a turning point in their lives or finding that they are faced with challenges that can no longer be ignored. For example, women come in the wake of the ending of a relationship, depression, chronic anxiety, parenting difficulties, struggles with low self-esteem, a lack of identity, unresolved grief, unrelenting shame, chronic physical symptoms, sexual concerns, difficulty with assertiveness, financial issues, and/or unresolved issues with the family of origin. The group is currently facilitated over Zoom.

These include anxiety, anger issues, depression, grief/loss, bipolar disorder, shame, and challenges with parenting, difficulty identifying & expressing emotion, relationship concerns, divorce, alcohol & drug problems, and career concerns. The group can be helpful in assisting men in feeling more connected, improving and deepening interpersonal relationships, and increasing the capacity for healthy intimacy.
