The purpose of therapy is to create positive changes, to enhance ones sense of self and to find manageable and empowering solutions to life's challenges. I provide counseling to individuals, couples and families of varying age, gender, race and sexual orientations.
As an IMAGO Relationship counselor, I help couples make breakthroughs to reach better levels of communication, trust and intimacy. Another specialty is working with with alcohol and drug addiction and making the transition to sobriety and recovery. I also work with the LGBT community and with transgender and gender non-conforming clients.
