Back To You: Body + Mind
This 6 Week class is designed to spark awareness through subtle movement and mindfulness, helping to strengthen our body + mind connection. Utilizing Subtle Yoga (a trauma- informed for all bodies and abilities) principles and mindfulness-based cognitive behavior techniques, you can improve your overall well-being and feel more connected to yourself and others. You will be led through sessions focusing on mindful movement, breathing practices, meditative rhythms, and mind + body awareness. Think of this course like a restorative, research-supported approach to yoga/mindfulness with the experience and insight of a mental health therapist.
