I have post-grad training in trauma recovery, anxiety issues, relationship struggles and, through my education and personal experience have developed a highly successful approach called Mindset Awareness & Narrative Integration. We often allow limiting beliefs about ourselves to create or exacerbate external issues. We help you discover freedom and healing.
