I have experience helping clients with concerns related to anxiety, depression/sadness, self-esteem, relationships, difficult transitions, grief and trauma.

In addition, I have extensive experience helping adolescents and young adults manage their emotions, navigate difficult life transitions and develop their identity and self-confidence. My approach focuses on working collaboratively with the teen/young adult towards enhancing their sense of self, identifying strengths and achieving their full potential.

I integrate mindfulness-informed practices to help you feel more present and connected to your mind and body, and to help you build greater acceptance and self-compassion. I always make an effort to tailor my therapeutic approach to meet your unique needs and life circumstances.
