I often use EMDR to resolve underlying traumas. I have researched and taught at UCLA, SMC, The University of Chicago, DePaul and have been a sexuality expert on NBC, ABC and KCAL 9 news.

This is a weekly and ongoing process group for women. This group will help you identify your needs and wants and find your voice to communicate those needs and wants. You will learn or rediscover how to open up, trust and be authentic in your relationships - platonic, romantic and familial. This group addresses body image issues and eating disorders as well as difficulty opening up sexually and letting go of past betrayals. It is about learning to be "real" with everyone in your life - including, and perhaps most importantly, yourself.
