I treat individuals and couples who present with a range of needs, from debilitating eating disorders to mild anxiety and to issues that cannot be described in five words or less. I see the whole person rather than a group of symptoms with the recognition that people are complex and that most of us have difficulties in one or more areas of our lives. I work to help people become more integrated which, I believe, helps them lead more fulfilling lives. Life isn't so easy sometimes, but through insight change is possible.
With extensive post-graduate training and 30 years experience, I have worked with individuals (adults, adolescents and children) and couples. I specialize in treating people with eating disorders, anxiety, depression and those who feel trapped by self destructive behaviors. In addition to treating individuals and couples, I teach other therapists.
