I help individuals and couples during hard experiences, be it anxiety, depression, communication struggles, intimacy issues, burnout. Sometimes our coping mechanisms just stop working. I have helped individuals and couples for 25+ years, I am deeply passionate about my helping people and my clients mean the world to me.
Together we will come up with a map and treatment plan. You receive my bespoke care. No two therapists are the same, and no two clients are the same. I make therapy engaging, accessible; offering tools that stick. I also have a wicked sense of humor and am down to earth and very interactive.
