My approach is collaborative, intuitive, and creative to help clients access the power of their innate wisdom and inspiration to cultivate personal healing, wellbeing, and a meaningful life. We work together to help you embrace opportunities and transform challenges in the midst of whatever difficulties you might be facing. I also offer Life Coaching to help people transition from therapy toward their highest values and goals in life.

I offer clients integrative, experiential sessions based on each person's unique therapeutic needs and interests with a variety of options such as yoga, mindfulness, expressive arts such as movement, music, writing, drawing, or painting, and nature or animal guided therapies in addition to a foundation of evidenced based practices.

Recognizing that healing is systemic and rooted in awarenesss, inspiration/creativity, environment, and social support, I also offer a variety of creative and nature based groups, outdoor therapy sessions at my office, and beyond with individual therapeutic and healing outdoor adventures and group wilderness, yoga, and mindfulness retreats.
