**We will work together to help you find balance, happiness, and health.** I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a wide range of training and interests. I specialize in psychodynamic, humanistic, and interpersonal/relational psychotherapy, but also incorporate skills/CBT/Mindfulness-based techniques. I have extensive training in women's/men's issues, relationship issues, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, life transition difficulties, GLBTQQ identity, PTSD/trauma/sexual abuse treatment, young adult/college-related difficulties, grief, pregnancy, and adjustment disorders.
Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology: Columbia University. B.A.: Georgetown University. APA-Accredited Internship: University of San Diego. I have worked in both college counseling as a Staff Psychologist at The Univ. of San Diego and then in private practice in CA and CT with a diverse client demographic since 2007.
I work collaboratively to establish goals and plans for treatment, and I work with each person to develop a strategy to address their unique needs. My clients know that I care about them and am there to help them get through whatever challenges come their way.
