I have worked with a wide variety of clients; from individuals in major life transitions to couples in crisis, to youth and families facing issues of addiction and adjustments and people dealing with trauma. I use researched based interventions: The Core Values Index reveals your unchanging core self. The Gottman Method for couples is one of the worlds most research-based interventions with the highest efficacy. EMDR is the most evidence based method to reprocess trauma and Neurofeedback uses cutting-edge neurobiology. I use each of these research based methods.

Whether you need couples therapy, optimization of your brain through Neurofeedback, EMDR, or need someone to navigate through the difficulties of life, I strategize action-oriented goals, give specific homework and lots of empathy. You will be actively working toward your goals during and between every session, achieving them as quickly as possible.
