Current limited daytime availability for couples therapy (OON) and professional supervision. My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself and help in achieving goals that are important to you in an open and collaborative way. I work with adults as well as couples, who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, gender identity, life transitions, parenting challenges and relationship issues. I use an eclectic approach rooted in a variety of evidenced based practices. I work best with clients looking for feedback and who enjoy being compassionately challenged. I like to bring humor and radical genuineness into sessions.

I am LGBTQ+ allied and able to provide gender affirming surgery letters/evaluations. I am intensively trained in DBT through the Linehan Institute. I see couples using the Gottman method and Prepare/Enrich (for pre-marital/pre-commitment counseling), including those engaged in or looking to explore ethical nonmonogomy.

I believe using an individualized approach tailored to you leads to the best outcome. I use a conversational approach and provide a warm and empathetic environment. I want you to feel like you are talking to a real person and believe a good therapeutic relationship is vital to success. I want you to leave each session feeling heard, understood and empowered.
