Learn practical ways to cope with social anxiety. Improve communication and learn to battle insecurities and self-doubt in social situations. This support group for anxiety will also focus on teaching coping skills to help reduce fears, phobias, and panic attacks. Evidence based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, will be used to teach coping skills to help manage stress in relationships and challenge insecurities. Accept yourself as you are! Foster a sense of self-acceptance that creates inner dialogues that say " I am enough!" Perfectionistic attitudes are also challenged while addressing self-esteem issues related to feeling "good enough." Learn to say no to others and yes to yourself! End people pleasing by setting boundaries in relationships that unapologetically prioritize your own needs. Challenge self-critical thoughts that can evoke feelings of fear and self-doubt, which can hamper self-confidence and motivation to make changes.
