My work is based upon Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Adlerian Psychology, Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy, and the Gottman Model for Couples Therapy. My work includes treating depression, anxiety, relational and a wide range of coping difficulties. I work with adolescents, adults, elder clients, couples and families.
