I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a core part of engaging in healthy life changes. I have over 10 years of experience treating eating disorders. I believe that the relationship a person has with food can effect every aspect of their lives and I know that I can help people to reform a healthy relationship with not only food but with themselves. My passion is helping people to feel positive about who they are on the inside.
As a therapist I like to think outside the box and approach therapy from a creative perspective. I believe in meeting you where you are at in your self-discovery and working with you together to figure out the best way to help you heal and grow.
