I have over 10 years of experience with supervision and consultation. Work with me will focus on Counselor Competencies. We will write a Professional Development plan that is specific to your skills and area of specialty. Or you may be a therapist looking for a consultant to get certified in EMDR therapy.

I have worked in the co-occurring mental health and substance abuse areas for 30 years. I have focused the last part of my career in trauma therapy. I'm a Certified EMDR Therapist and Approved EMDR Consultant with EMDRIA. I provide individual supervision and consulting as well as group when there is enough interest. Bring your friends with you.

I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for symptoms of anxiety, craving and past trauma. I use DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) which teaches four basic skills: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness. I provide supervision for Master's level clinicians & consultation for EMDR Therapists.
