I'm a no-nonsense, supportive guy, the kind people are happy to have on their side. If I have a tombstone I hope the word CURIOUS will be on it. My curiosity is endless. I love helping folks get curious about how things - visible and invisible - impact their lives, from finances and sex to emotions and power. Engaging, supportive, and playful are other words clients use. About a third of my clients are couples. Over half are men. Many do some kind of creative work and created their own business. They are all over the Shy-to-Outgoing Spectrum.

I wish I knew how counseling makes people's lives better. I'd bottle it. After decades as a therapist and client here's what I do know: we co-create this crazy thing. You agree to get genuine and vulnerable; I agree to stay open and honest. The magic happens. If ours is one of the rare occasions where it doesn't we'll know it.

Some of the issues I've enjoyed working on recently: becoming polyamorous, channeling ADHD energy, dumping your shame, producing compelling content, defeating loud inner critics.
