Inner exploration is one of the most extraordinary journeys one can undertake; a journey that requires enormous courage and curiosity to explore the unknown. It is with sensitivity and kindness that I join you in this work. The desire to seek therapy is often catalyzed by suffering or discord in our lives; a sense that something is out of alignment. As a result we feel anxiety, depression, grief, challenges in relationships, even crisis. Among other issues, I work with individual adults, couples and adolescents exploring issues related to life transitions, trauma, grief (death, dying, bereavement), relationships, and spiritual emergence/y.
My experience is that change in life is done from the inside out. Beyond working in very practical ways to improve my client's day-to-day experience, I am most interested in working with individuals on the deeper layers within oneself which often lead to issues on the surface.

Coping with Loss in Early Adulthood
I am not currently offering this group. Please check back if interested. Experiencing the loss of someone close to you is an enormous challenge at any stage in life. However, experiencing loss in early adulthood brings its own very unique challenges. One of the most significant of these is often a sense of being all alone in your experience. This 8-week group for 18-30 year-olds will focus on exploring these unique challenges, offering concrete tools for coping with loss, and providing a space to support and be supported in your experience.
