Positive psychology, CBT , DBT and mindfulness are a few of the approaches I use to manage disabling thoughts and enhance positive emotions in people with depression, anxiety disorders as well as addictions. My approach is eclectic, drawing on the skills of talk therapy, mindfulness, interpersonal and psychodynamic insight, behavior change, and solution focused therapy to help decrease anxiety and depression, manage stress,increase self esteem and bring about change needed to feel content and happy.
In my work I focus on the whole person, body, mind and spirit. I believe symptoms of depression and anxiety can be managed in many different ways. The solution is as unique as you are.
