Starting therapy can sometimes feel challenging, especially if you're already stressed. I provide a safe, judgment-free space for growth with humor, compassion, and understanding. We start where you are in this process using a lens of curiosity and compassion, and then move toward your destination from there. Even a GPS is useless without a starting point.
