I specialize in short-term, experiential and intensive therapy. I use somatic, integrative and experiential approaches. My main modalities are Somatic Mindfulness, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and Internal Family Systems. I work collaboratively and dynamically with you to create deep and lasting changes, emphasizing compassion and agency.

In this group, we bring the practice of mindfulness to the question of how masculinity impacts various areas of our lives. These areas include relationships (romantic and non-romantic), career, emotional expression, spirituality and sexuality. This group is a supportive space for self-expression and exploration.
