Hello! Due to a focus on other offerings, I do not have psychotherapy openings. However, I am accepting new clients (Telehealth) for the Safe and Sound Protocol and mindfulness training. My psychotherapy approach is rooted in mindfulness, relational systems, trauma and nervous system informed intervention. Over the past several years I have trained in newer frameworks, including EMDR, Polyvagal Theory-informed therapy, somatic and sensory experiencing, as well as other trauma-informed techniques.
As a social worker, I recognize the importance of being informed, active, an ongoing learner and of exercising humility in relationship to racial and social injustice, discrimination and oppression as it impacts individual, family and community well-being. I am LGBTQIA affirming.
