I work with adults from diverse sociocultural backgrounds and with a wide range of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic/serious illness, and grief.

Each therapy should be as unique as the individual and a warm, genuine relationship is THE essential factor in helping clients gain insight and create the change they desire in their lives.
