I also work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in frustrating repetitive patterns in their thoughts and behaviors, negatively impacting their ability to find enjoyment in their lives and in their relationships. Self Care Workshop for Activists
After the election, many of us experienced incredible grief, anger and despair. These painful feelings can lead to anxiety, depression, inability to concentrate, and burnout. In these times, loving ourselves is a revolutionary act. This workshop provides practical tools of self-compassion for responding to the painful emotions that can immobilize us and disempower our movements.
