As a therapist specializing in the treatment of Eating Disorders and Relationships, I offer a safe and confidential space to explore both your past, present and what you would like out of your future, in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.

I help clients learn to manage both life and work stress and improve relationships; find relief from anxiety and depression; and learn how to live and find relief from eating disorders, habits, and other self-destructive patterns that they've previously tried to change but couldn't.
