Art therapy may look like just a fun creative process, but it is an effective therapeutic technique that utilizes the creative process to help improve the mental health and emotional well-being of people of all ages. Discovering healthy and creative forms of expression is empowering for those who find a voice through the creative processes of making art. I believe in a positive, holistic, and gentle approach that honors the individual and encourages healing and personal growth. During our time together, I help you and/or your child explore yourself in this safe space beyond language and conversation.

I work with children and adolescents with anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, behavioral concerns, and poor peer relationships. I also work with adults who find enjoyment in the creative process for personal growth or who are struggle with mood disorders or are experiencing stress with work, family, or relationships.

I appreciate how difficult it is to seek help. I believe each person requires a unique intervention and I strive to meet your specific needs. Whether you are going through a hardship, or simply want to know yourself a little better, I am honored to accompany you on the journey.

EVENT ON SUNDAY MARCH 20th 1-5pm! Come let go of stress and fill up on inspiration! Engage in a unique art journaling experience in which you will be guided through 10 different creative stations. Each station will provide you with all the materials and instructions necessary to immerse yourself in an individual activity for self-care. As you rotate through each activity, you will explore mandala making, watercolors, words of affirmations, journaling, collage, textures, playing with paint sticks, and many more.
