I provide psychotherapy services to adults, couples, adolescents and families. I seek to create a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship to foster a process of self-awareness, insight, hope, healing and transformation. My expertise includes the use of mindfulness and eclectic psychotherapy to address mental illness, substance abuse, addictions, fluctuations in mood, feelings of dissatisfaction in relationships or at work. Psychotherapy is a reciprocal relationship, which facilitates personal awareness and growth. Your growth and change will lead to an increase sense of identity, personal power, creativity and purpose.
I hold a Masters of Arts degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Assumption College and a M.S.W. degree from Bridgewater State University. I am licensed in the states of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. My studies provide a foundation in psychology, social work, social dynamics, mental health, substance abuse, research and rehabilitation.
