For over a decade I have helped adults, young adults, and teens, with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, insecurities, postpartum, career change and adjusting to life transitions.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Psychotherapist, with a Post-Degree Certificate in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from the American Institute of Psychoanalysis. I received specialized training in working with teens and families, and help with social skills, self-esteem, communication, school issues, parenting, divorce, and family conflict.
