I have received extensive experience in the treatment of OCD and Anxiety from UF Health Medical Psychology and Rogers Behavioral Health.
Most of my training and expertise has been focused in developing effective coping skills for Anxiety, OCD, and Depression. With my training in the latest evidence based treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure and response prevention and Behavioral Activation, I teach you the skills to develop a healthier lifestyle.
