I draw from different counseling-based theories including, cognitive behavioral, solution-focused brief therapy, and family systems therapy. I have a background in grief and loss, trauma and faith centered therapy. I work with individuals, couples and families and as a Licensed School Counselor, I have an extensive background working with adolescents and children.
