As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have found that when you explore challenges from an open hearted and holistically based place, you can begin to see things previously viewed as problems, shift into possibilities. I strongly believe that everyone can transcend limiting beliefs and move into healthier, more authentic living. Through a collaborative relationship, I will help you develop greater understanding of your behaviors, and teach you healthier ways to communicate and cope. I offer both psychotherapy and coaching.
In therapy and coaching, I work with individuals facing challenging life situations, difficult relationships, and deep emotional pain. I strive to empower my clients to cultivate the life they want, and to remove blocks and barriers to growth. I also often work with other therapists through therapy, clinical supervision, and business/life coaching.
Because the process of change can sometimes feel uncomfortable or overwhelming, I utilize a holistic and individually tailored approach that allows me to meet each client where he or she is, and incorporate each client's individual strengths into the therapeutic process for a wellness based model of treatment.
