As a competitive athlete for many years, I also have a special interest in helping clients address challenges related to performance and competition.
I have specialized training in treating trauma and am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). EMDR is a powerful modality effective in treating a variety of conditions including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and more.
