I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing various issues related to trauma, stress, and life adjustments.
I have been a mental health therapist for 13 years. I often utilize Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) as an approach to help clients process through adverse life experiences. This process can help increase positive self beliefs and lessen the "charge" of difficult emotions. I have been using the EMDR approach for 11 years.
