Perhaps some of the important pieces of your life have not fallen into place yet, leaving you feeling stuck. Perhaps it was a lack of support of our emotions growing up or a deeply ingrained acceptance of the social norm that celebrates a very specific definition of masculinity. Either way, it can result in unaddressed anxiety, resentment, or depression.
I help young, career-driven men work through issues involving low self-esteem, dating/relationship difficulties, and life transition stressors. My goal is to work with you to uncover the tendencies that have contributed to unhealthy patterns; and then build the habits that will make you feel more confident and in control of your emotions.
I am a strong believer in taking an active approach towards feeling better. This means that in order for things to change and the cycle be broken, it requires you to be intentional about initiating that change.
