I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in individual therapy. Navigating though life can be tough. I firmly believe that while we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can find healing.
Throughout the years of my experience as a therapist, I've worked with a broad spectrum of clients including individuals struggling with depression and anxiety, individuals who have experienced trauma, couples undergoing conflict, and entrepreneurs and other individuals in high stress situations.
My training includes EMDR and ART which addresses healing from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences and Imago Relationship Therapy to facilitate improved communication and connection in your relationship. CBT and DBT are also very useful therapy modalities.
