Perhaps a relationship is faltering or has recently ended and you are looking for extra support. I have particular interest and training in the following areas: Issues involving Relationship troubles and trauma, sexual orientation and gender expression (LGBTQ), Couples Counseling (EFT- Emotionally Focused Therapy), Mindfulness and Body/Emotion connections.
I will provide a safe place to help understand your struggles from a compassionate angle. I enjoy working cross-culturally and welcome clients of all ethnicities and all races. We will look at both your past (family of origin) as well as your current circumstance to guild you toward a better understanding and more healing.

If you have ever thought about joining a gay men's group for therapy and support, this one can be a place that addresses relationship concerns, self-esteem, body image as well as anxiety & depression. Our group meets monthly between September and June with fall and spring retreats scheduled as part of the group process. All adults are welcome in my process group where you will have a chance to both examine and expand the possible ways of relating to others and yourself. This means putting into words any in the moment reactions you have including anxiety, anger, fear, hurt, attraction, guilt, boredom, joy, irritation, humor, love and affection. As the group progresses, you learn to express yourself focussing on your own experience. If you want to grow as a person, a process group is an incredibly alive, authentic and effective catalyst.
