The decision to start therapy is a very personal and courageous one. Many of the people I see are struggling with feelings related to anxiety, depression, and/or relationship conflict. As a psychologist and psychoanalyst, I have been helping people understand themselves and make meaningful life changes for over 20 years. In my work with individuals and couples, I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where we work together to understand the patterns that keep you stuck and identify how you can make positive changes in the here and now.
My work with couples ranges from helping people make the commitment of a lifetime to untangling the destructive patterns that have been plaguing them for decades. By identifying and changing destructive patterns into fulfilling interactions, you can find and experience the love, passion, and support that first brought you together.
I draw from a variety of perspectives to understand each individual's unique needs and use my years of experience to determine the best course of action. In addition to the work I do in my office, I also offer Equine Assisted Psychotherapy - a powerful, experiential model of treatment.

This on-going experiential growth and learning group is designed to provide pre-teens with support and guidance as they navigate challenges at school and at home. In our strengths based approach, your child will be able to practice asserting healthy boundaries, managing obstacles and distractions, making empowered choices, resolving conflict, and dealing with peer pressure.
