I help women and men to understand and free themselves from unhealthy relationship patterns and live full and engaged lives. I have 15+ years of experience and am passionate about working with individual adults to dig deep into their thoughts, feelings and actions. I help people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, fear, effects from trauma and abuse, and low self-esteem. When relationships with partners, family, friends and others are strained, we often feel adrift. I want to help you feel emotionally and psychologically freed so you can live the life you want.
I have a Ph.D. in counseling psychology. This training helps me look for the strengths in clients and to build on them. I am a psychoanalyst. This training helps me focus on the points of conflict (both known and unknown) in each client's life.
I am an enthusiastic and engaged psychologist/psychoanalyst who enjoys developing strong working relationships with patients.
