I am a L.P.C. with a MS degree in Pastoral Care and Counseling. I believe that it is helpful to bring your spiritual beliefs into the healing process. Starting psychotherapy is the beginning of feeling at home with yourself. It is a place where you can feel safe, grounded and secure, as you explore the difficult areas in your life that you may not want to face alone. Therapy can help you identify unhealthy thinking, and break destructive patterns, so you can make better choices. It also helps you to discover your own inner strengths that can bring deeper healings from within. We are all a work in progress!
I specialize in working with those who are struggling with life transitions, trauma/PTSD, relationship issues, loss and grief, terminal illness, infidelity, abuse, chronic pain, spiritual pain, codependency, loneliness, depression and anxiety. I also enjoy working with caregivers and those working in the medical field, especially during this Covid19 crisis.

Are you caring for a loved one at home and are feeling drained, frightened, angry, resentful, burned out? If so please contact me via email at CardinalCounseling@gmail.com. I am putting together a Telehealth group now. Limited to 8-10 participants. $25/session, 90minute sessions. During this time of Covid19 it is especially important for you to have the support you need to care for yourself while you are caring for others! Have you lost a loved one recently to Covid19? Sudden loss is a traumatic experience that can cause "Post Traumatic Stress Disorder" symptoms. I am offering individual Telehealth sessions, as well as group Telehealth sessions for individuals and/or families who need support and psycho-education on the healing process.
