I am so happy you're here, as you step courageously into the therapeutic journey. I believe in order to heal, it is important to tell your story and be heard, so that you can understand how every part makes up who you are. For over five years, I have had the pleasure of listening to client's stories. I have supported clients struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, self-esteem/body image challenges, grief, trauma, family dynamics and interpersonal relationships. My hope is that you can begin to heal, and step into a more fulfilling life.
I help to empower adolescents and adults to love themselves again. I take pride in providing personalized care for my clients, and finding a therapeutic approach that works for each individual. I care about your goals and providing effective therapy to help you meet those aims.
I was first called to counseling through my own therapeutic journey. In doing the transformative work of therapy, I felt called to give back the gift that was so generously given to me. Due to my experience, I have deep respect and compassion for anyone who walks through my door. I hope to be a helpful resource for you as you take a chance on yourself.
