Hi there! My name is Hannah, and I love to help teach people coping skills for difficult emotions and thoughts. Some people begin seeking change in their lives, but aren't quite sure where to start. Maybe you or someone you know is looking for answers. Whether it's a mental health struggle, a job change, a conflict, or finding a sense of meaning in your life - I am here to walk alongside you.
While I have worked with various populations, my specialties include working with children 8 an up, adolescents, and adults who are looking to build coping skills for intense emotions, such as sadness, or anger. I work to include parents of kids and teens who are struggling into therapy sessions. I am also trauma-informed.
Together, we can meet your goals by exploring strategies and teaching skills to aid in managing distressing emotions and thoughts.
