Welcome! I offer holistic therapy that blends deep listening, mindfulness-based exploration, and practical strategies. I help worried people find greater ease - and in that ease, to begin to act from a place of authenticity and build meaningful connections. I bring a trauma-informed approach to exploring themes of anxiety, depression, fear of abandonment, relationship health, body image and eating issues. I also love working with artists, young adults, new parents, and individuals in high stress careers.
My style is warm, curious and active. I believe in the healing power of having a safe space to talk with someone who can help you understand why things may be feeling the way they are feeling. I also get in there alongside you - helping you heal through the use of exploratory questions, mindfulness and somatic work, and the practice of new skills.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I taught creative writing in educational and community settings. I value curiosity and the importance of healing, seeking and learning.
