Are you a mom struggling with anxiety, overwhelm and/or depression? With a specialty in working with women during the pregnancy and postpartum transitions in their lives, I want to help you recover so you can enjoy early motherhood.
Helping highly sensitive moms and moms experiencing postpartum depression and anxiety is a great passion of mine. I'm trained in Interpersonal Psychotherapy to specifically address perinatal issues. I'm also a creative arts therapist and somatic therapist to help release what is held in the body in order to let go of past situations contributing to anxiety.
